And I do hereby declare that we are now living and have been living married for twenty-nine (29) years; and to this marriage we now and heretofore belong. We have been married by the Rev. Mr. Joseph Taylor of Bentonville, Arkansas, and have had this marriage registered notarized in Bentonville County, Arkansas. I have been blessed of God to know that my beloved wife, Patricia, who is to me my world, will survive me after my death, and will continue to live with me after my death. I give all of my real, personal and non-inherited real estate and cash to Patricia. Furthermore, I also fully set aside all of my income, savings and investments, excluding current income, the principal and interest of which were accumulated during my lifetime. In addition, I fully set aside all of my current and prior debts, except for the unpaid balance of my home loan, as well as all of my credit card debt, as of the date of this Will and Testament. This Will and Testament does not represent a financial plan which I am contemplating at this time. This Will and Testament does not constitute a statement, will or agreement to act as trustee on behalf of Patricia Williams with respect to all or any of said assets as presently constituted and is merely intended to set forth my beliefs as to how I am comfortable giving my assets to my wife and in doing so to establish my estate pursuant to the laws of our respective States of Missouri and Arkansas, and it is therefore expressly prohibited by law, and by this Will and Testament. To prevent confusion or misunderstanding with respect to our estate, this Will and Testament is made under the authority of the State of Arkansas. This will and Testament shall be recorded as a Writ of Probate, and shall have all the same powers of effect and force as any other will. I am a free man pursuant to the laws of my State of Missouri and the laws of the United States of America. I am at no time confined or restrained in any manner or place. Furthermore, I have no intention or desire of waiving any of the rights, powers or privileges of a free man, nor am I in any way waiving the rights or privileges of a married man. Furthermore, I have the absolute and irrevocable right to make my own medical decisions for myself, to marry whoever I please, and to make my own financial decisions.
